Debbie Judge's career mantra, "How can I help?", has been her guiding principle since her early post-college days in New Jersey. Starting in retail with a position at The Gap and eventually ascending to multi-store management roles with both The Gap and Eddie Bauer, Debbie's path took an inspiring turn towards real estate following a significant family move to Sarasota, Florida. This relocation, intended to bring her family closer to her mother, serendipitously introduced her to the real estate industry through her work as an assistant to a Realtor® who recognized Debbie's innate talent for the business. This discovery marked the beginning of Debbie's profound connection to real estate, a field where she found both a career and a home.
Evolving from an assistant to a leadership role, Debbie's journey in real estate is a testament to her dedication and ability to uplift those around her. Her tenure as branch manager at Michael Saunders & Company, where she led the Siesta Key and Palmer Ranch offices for thirteen years, is highlighted by her unwavering commitment to mentorship and team success. Debbie's passion for professional growth is evident in her pursuit of continuing education, earning designations such as Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO, and At Home with Diversity (AHWD), alongside being a graduate of the Sarasota Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Maestro Leadership Academy.
Outside of her professional life, Debbie's interests are as diverse as her skills. From enjoying music and cooking to staying active with fitness, indulging in home design, and exploring new technology, she embodies a well-rounded individual. Not one to shy away from leadership roles in her leisure activities, Debbie can often be found on the golf course, skillfully directing a golf ball onto the green. Jen Horvat
With two decades of dedicated service in the real estate industry, Jen stands as a beacon of expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment. Jen's passion for the essence of "home" has been a lifelong journey, beginning with her studies in Interior Design at Michigan State University, later refining her skills in Merchandising and Strategic Management at Davenport University. Her entry into the real estate industry in 2003, as Director of Marketing for Quicken Loans, exposed her to the swift shifts and challenges of the market, particularly during the upheaval of the 2008 real estate crash. Yet, it was Jennifer's resilience, optimism, and strategic agility that guided her through this tumultuous period, reinforcing her belief in the power of preparation, adaptability, and positivity as essential business practices.
Since relocating to the Sarasota area in 2011 with her family, Jen has wholeheartedly embraced the Gulf Coast lifestyle and become an integral part of the local community. Immersing herself in organizations such as the Lakewood Ranch Community Activities Board of Directors, Realize Bradenton, Visit Sarasota, Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, she remains steadfast in her dedication to fostering community prosperity.
